David helps the owners and finance leaders of middle market businesses to set their strategy and monitor results through meticulous management reporting (including KPI, budgeting and cashflow) and ongoing business strategy, coaching and support. He also has significant experience in managing banking/ financing relationships and mergers and acquisitions from end to end. His understanding of clients’ business operations also regularly sees him invited to attend Board and Management meetings.
