John Cedillo III

John Cedillo III is a seasoned senior-level manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Associate VP of Experiences at William Chris Wine Company since September 2022, John has also held the position of General Manager at William Chris Vineyards since March 2021. Previous roles include Director of Resident Services at AKAM, Hotel Manager at BENCHMARK, and Hotel Manager at Hawks Cay Resort, where operational responsibilities included managing a 60-acre luxury resort. John’s career began with significant positions at various Hilton properties, culminating in a Resort Manager role overseeing a large hotel operation. Educational qualifications include a degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust certification.
