Karolina Paluch

Karolina Paluch is a seasoned professional in software solutions and management, currently serving as a Software Solutions Manager at Demant since March 2023. With extensive experience at Bravura Solutions from January 2015 to July 2023, Karolina held multiple managerial roles including Delivery Manager, Development Manager, and Application Maintenance Manager, in addition to previous positions as a System Test Analyst. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at both Roche and Asseco Poland, and a Data Engineer and IT Support roles at Steria. Karolina began a career in technology as an intern at JaniNet LLC in 2008.
