Michael Hesselberg Andersen

Michael Hesselberg Andersen serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Portfolio Management at Demant since April 2018, overseeing key cross-functional areas within the global IT organization. Previously, Michael held senior roles at Maersk Oil, where responsibilities included leading global IT architecture and establishing enterprise architecture capabilities. Additional experience includes leadership roles at A.P. Møller-Mærsk, CSC Nordic Region, and Scandinavian IT Group A/S, specializing in enterprise architecture, strategy, and transformational management. Michael's career began at Mærsk Data with expertise in database design and business intelligence. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in IT & Finance from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
