Doug Bagley

Doug Bagley currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President for Asia Pacific and Global Travel at William Grant & Sons, a renowned independent premium spirits company, since May 2018. Prior to this, Doug served as Chief Executive Officer at CIDF/China International Duty Free Ltd, where significant innovation and relationships with global travel retailers were key focuses. Earlier experience includes leading global travel for Diageo, achieving $500 million in sales, and holding various leadership roles at Unilever, significantly increasing turnover and profit in the Greater China region. Doug's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
