James Shea

James Shea has a diverse range of work experience in the finance field. James is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at William H. Lane Incorporated since December 2023. Prior to this, James was the Director of Finance at i3 Electronics, Inc from January 2020 to November 2023. James also held the role of Controller at BITZER Scroll, Inc. from August 2016 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, James worked as the Vice President of Finance at Albany Engineered Composites from September 2006 to June 2015, and as the Global Accounting Manager at GE Energy from June 2004 to September 2006. James gained invaluable experience as a Financial Analyst at GE Silicones from November 1999 to June 2004 and as a Financial Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation from August 1996 to November 1999. James began their career in the US Army as a Lieutenant in the Finance Corps from November 1992 to June 1996.

James Shea earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1992. James later pursued an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, completing it in 1999.
