Richard Goetze is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in strategic planning, national security, and civil-military relations. Serving as an Adjunct Faculty and Distinguished Senior Fellow at the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies since 2016, Goetze has contributed to the development of national security strategies for Belize and Guyana. As the President of Triad Enterprises, LLC, a veteran-owned consultancy, Goetze specializes in aviation management, higher education leadership, and international relations. Goetze's academic involvement spans numerous roles, including Adjunct Faculty at American Military University and Naval War College, where instruction focused on national security decision-making and strategic leadership. With a distinguished military career as a Major General in the United States Air Force, combined with a Doctor of Philosophy in International Studies, Richard Goetze remains a prominent figure in defense studies and education.
