Johnathan Baboyan

Johnathan Baboyan has a diverse work history in various roles related to IT and customer service.

Johnathan'smost recent position is as an IT Support Engineer at WME (William Morris Endeavor), where they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at Wild Card Creative Group from February 2022 to May 2022.

From September 2021 to January 2022, Johnathan worked as a Tier 1 - Desktop Technician at Creative Resources Technology Group, Inc.

Before entering the IT field, they gained experience in customer service as a Front Desk Agent at Ontario Gateway Hotel from August 2018 to March 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Orient Industries Inc. from February 2016 to August 2017.

Johnathan also has experience in the academic sector, as they served as an OIT Desktop Support Technician at the University of La Verne from August 2019 to August 2021. In the same university, they also took on the role of Computer Science Chairperson Student Assistant – Office Manager from October 2019 to December 2020.

Johnathan Baboyan completed their high school education at San Dimas High School, earning a High School Diploma from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they attended Pasadena City College from 2017 to 2019 to fulfill their general education requirements. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at the University of La Verne from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Johnathan Baboyan has obtained multiple certifications. In September 2021, they completed the Addigy Academy Basics program offered by Addigy. Johnathan also obtained certifications in Autotask PSA and RMM from Datto, Inc., as well as becoming an IT Glue Certified Professional. Furthermore, they achieved certifications as a Sophos Certified Engineer and a Sophos Certified Sales Consultant. Finally, they earned a Systems Engineering Certificate from the University of La Verne in May 2021 and acquired the Datto Certified Deployment Specialist in RMM certification from Datto, Inc. in September 2021.
