JohnMical Watson has a diverse work experience history. JohnMical started their career as a Film & TV Music Intern at Sony Music Entertainment in 2018. JohnMical then worked as a Facility Supervisor at UCLA Recreation and also served as an Intramural Sports Official during their time at UCLA. In 2019, they took on various internships, including roles as a Public Relations & Marketing Intern at EAG Sports Management, a Development Intern at EFO Films, and a Talent Management Intern at Brave Artists Management. JohnMical also worked as a Production Assistant on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. In 2019, they joined WME (William Morris Endeavor) as a Floating / Pilot Season Assistant, followed by a role as a Talent Assistant at The Gersh Agency. JohnMical'smost recent role is at WME, where they currently hold the position of Motion Picture Assistant.

JohnMical Watson completed their high school education at Mira Costa High School from 2010 to 2014, earning a High School Diploma. Afterward, they attended Santa Monica College from 2014 to 2016, focusing on English Literature. JohnMical then transferred to the University of California, Los Angeles, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from 2016 to 2019.
