Julia Harris

Julia Harris has extensive work experience in the entertainment industry, specializing in business and legal affairs. Julia is currently working as the SVP and Associate General Counsel at WME (William Morris Endeavor), starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate General Counsel at Tubi from February 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Tubi, Julia worked at Miramax as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business and Legal Affairs from March 2020 to November 2020. Julia'sresponsibilities included negotiating and drafting international and domestic sales and acquisition agreements, co-production agreements, and managing legal matters related to distribution, acquisition, film sales, and licensing.

Julia also has experience at MGM, where they worked from April 2016 to March 2020. During their tenure, they held multiple roles including Vice President of International Distribution Business and Legal Affairs, Senior Counsel of International Distribution Business and Legal Affairs, and Counsel of Television Distribution. Julia'sduties included negotiating and drafting various agreements related to distribution and co-production, as well as content license agreements for motion pictures and television series.

Prior to MGM, Julia worked at Paramount Pictures as the Director of International Business and Legal Affairs from December 2011 to April 2016. Julia started their career as an Associate at Kleinman and Associates from February 2011 to December 2011.

Julia Harris attended Golden Gate University, School of Law from 2007 to 2010, where they received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in May 2010. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2001 to 2005 and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 2003, Julia briefly studied at the Centre International d’Etudes Françaises at the Université Catholique de l’Ouest for French language courses.
