Lauren Ibsen

Lauren Ibsen has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position is with WME (William Morris Endeavor) as a Business Intelligence Analyst, specifically in the Partnerships division. Prior to this, they worked at the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, starting as a Business Partnerships Intern before taking on roles as a Coordinator and later in New Business Development within Corporate Partnerships.

Lauren also gained experience in the sports industry through their roles at SponsorUnited, where they served as a Business Solutions Intern before becoming a Sports Sponsorship Scout. Additionally, they worked at the University of Michigan Athletics department as a Community Engagement and Leadership Development Intern, where they were involved in planning events, conducting research on non-profit partnerships, and analyzing community engagement data reports.

Earlier in their career, Lauren was a Team Member at the University of Michigan Women's Gymnastics team, showcasing their dedication and commitment to athletics.
