Kelsi Rousseau

Kelsi Rousseau's work experience includes serving as the Director of Risk and Business Continuity at William Osler Health System since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Risk Management Consultant at the same organization from November 2020 to April 2022. From August 2018 to November 2019, Kelsi worked as a Patient Relations Advisor at Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network. Kelsi also held the position of Manager of Patient Experience and Engagement at Central LHIN from August 2015 to August 2018. Kelsi's experience at Mackenzie Health includes roles as the Manager of Enterprise Risk from October 2013 to July 2015 and Manager of Quality and Patient Safety from October 2010 to October 2013. Kelsi started their career as a Project Coordinator at Central Local Health Integration Network from April 2009 to October 2010.

Kelsi Rousseau holds a Masters degree in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed an Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in quality and safety, risk management, and healthcare leadership.
