Marsel Fetlyaev's work experience begins in 2019 as a Store Cashier at MARSHALLS LLC, where they worked until March 2020. In September 2019, they also took on the role of Game Development Tutor at Code Ninjas, which ended in April 2021. Marsel then worked as a Software Development Tutor at iD Tech Camps from May 2021 onwards. In March 2021, they joined Williams Communications, Inc. as a Computer Networking and Software Engineer. In April 2023, they became the VP of Technology at SHPE USF, where they are responsible for managing technical aspects, hosting tech events, and organizing hackathons.

Marsel Fetlyaev pursued their education in Computer Science, focusing on obtaining a Bachelor's degree. From 2020 to 2021, they attended the George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing. Later, they joined the University of South Florida and completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2022 to 2025. Additionally, in March 2023, they acquired the certification for PowerPoint Essential Training (Microsoft 365) through LinkedIn.
