Mathew Salisbury is a seasoned aerodynamicist with extensive experience in the motorsport industry. Currently serving as Principal Aerodynamicist at Williams Racing since February 2013, Mathew has progressed through roles such as Aerodynamics Project Leader and Aerodynamicist. Prior to this, Mathew was an Aerodynamicist at Caterham F1 Team from June 2010 to January 2013, where responsibilities included advanced CATIA surfacing and designing aerodynamic programs for wind tunnel testing. Mathew's career began as a Junior Model Designer at Force India F1 in 2009. Mathew holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2010.
