Jenni Hardy has extensive experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Jenni has held positions at various companies, including Williams Lea, Pelion, Arm, Williams Lea Tag, East of England Co-op, and Tesco PLC. Their most recent role was as the Head of HR EMEA at Williams Lea since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Pelion from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they completed a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management (Level 7) at City College Norwich from 2011 to 2012. Jenni Hardy has an additional certification, the CIPD - Diploma in HR Management Level 7, obtained from CIPD.
