Jon C. Strathman

Jon C. Strathman, PHR, serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where oversight includes the Central, Northeast, and Southeast Regions of the Supply Chain. Prior to this role, Jon held various HR leadership positions at The Home Depot from 2012 to 2021, including Regional HR Manager roles and direct responsibility for multiple HR teams across various supply chain networks. Notable achievements include winning three consecutive Gold Cup Awards for operational excellence and being recognized as HR Professional of the Year in 2013. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Washburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University.
