Clay Anderson

Clay Anderson is a seasoned professional in real estate and land development, currently serving as the Founder of C&C Land since September 2011. With a strong background in project execution, Clay has held the position of Senior Land Representative at Williams since January 2014, specializing in data center site development and telecom land support. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Property Agent at Pacific Power and multiple roles at Williams and Rocky Mountain Power, where significant projects included major pipeline expansions and transmission operations. Additionally, Clay has a diverse background in education as an English Second Language teacher and as a Master Scuba Instructor in renowned locations. Clay holds degrees in Construction Management and Construction Engineering from California State University institutions.
