Ross Sinclair

Ross Sinclair has extensive experience in pipeline operations, currently serving as the Manager of Pipeline Control at Williams since January 1996, after previously holding the position of Supervisor in the same department. In this role, Sinclair oversees the 24/7 operation of the Transco and Gulfstream Pipelines. Prior to this, Sinclair worked at Kinder Morgan (MidCon Corp UTTCo) as a Gas Controller from 1988 to 1995. Sinclair holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University, earned between 2013 and 2017, and attended Blinn College from 1985 to 1987.
