Alex McLaughlin

Alex brings more than three years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Alex has provided SEC reporting and technical accounting advisory on the adoption of the new leasing standard, ASC 842 to companies in the biotechnology and life science and healthcare industries. She has also served in an interim process improvement role and assisted clients with audit preparedness, policies and procedures.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Alex was a Senior Associate in Deloitte’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Assurance practice in Boston where she served both public and private clients. While at Deloitte, Alex provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Her clients included large SEC registrants mainly in the consumer and industrial products industry.

Alex is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elon University.
