Andrew brings over seven years of accounting advisory, financial due diligence and audit experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Andrew has assisted clients on shared services integration, interim controller role and audit readiness services. During his career, he has advised clients in numerous industries including life sciences, health industries, media, technology, manufacturing, aerospace and retail. He has an outstanding track record of success managing cross functional teams on complex projects related to mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Andrew was an experienced Manager in EY LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in New York where he provided financial due diligence and other advisory services on transactions ranging in size from $40 million to $5 billion. While at EY, he managed and executed numerous M&A deals coordinating with client senior management, bankers, lawyers, auditors, and target senior management throughout the transaction life cycle. In this role, he routinely synthesized large amounts of financial data from monthly trial balances, financial models, and management reports and used that information to provide strategic and financial advice to his clients. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, business process assessment and internal controls. Andrew began his career in EY’s Audit practice in New York, focusing on the retail and manufacturing industries.

Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint John’s University where he graduated Cum Laude. Andrew also holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Saint John’s University.
