Chris Bitler

Chris has years of experience providing clients with transaction due diligence, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, capital planning, and CFO advisory solutions. He enjoys collaborating with clients and their other professional advisors in helping them to realize successful outcomes for events that are transformative and represent significant milestones in a company’s lifecycle.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Chris was a co-founder of Paradigm Advisory, LLC, which was an accounting advisory firm focused on serving private equity clients. Paradigm was acquired by WilliamsMarston in 2022. Prior to Paradigm, Chris was a principal with a middle market investment banking firm. During his investment banking tenure, he managed the successful execution of over 50 transactions representing more than $2 billion in transaction value.

Chris earned a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
