Darren Liebenberg

Darren brings over 7 years of financial modeling, data analytics, valuation, and accounting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Darren focused on financial analysis and data analytics within EY’s Transactional Advisory Practice – Decision Modeling and Analytics. During this time, he worked in the Johannesburg, San Jose and New York offices spanning the technology, banking, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries. Darren specializes in low level business revenue drivers for three statement modeling, liquidity planning, forecasting, divestitures, valuation methodologies and working with Big Data. Darren’s reporting and forecasting experiences include engagements for some of the largest divestitures in Fortune 100 companies, mergers, asset acquisitions and capital allocations. Darren’s data experience includes Big Data analysis, using a variety of data manipulation and visualization tools, process transformations and synthesizing complex data into meaningful insight.

Darren graduated Cum Laude and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the Florida International University. He is a Chartered Accountant Australia/New Zealand. Darren will be pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Georgetown University in the fall, through a hybrid structure.
