John Marshall

John Marshall is a Partner at WilliamsMarston, where they specialize in valuation. Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, John was a Partner at Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC, where they led the financial services industry practice. John has also worked as Managing Director and Investment Management industry leader for the Business Valuation Services practice at Deloitte. In this role, they advised investment managers on valuation issues and valued businesses and business interests for financial and tax reporting purposes. John has also worked as Manager/Associate at The Barrington Consulting Group.

John Marshall received their BA from Dartmouth College, where they majored in government with a focus on international relations. John then studied modern German history at Penn State University. John is certified by the ASA, the Goethe Institute, and the Foreign Service. John also has a certification in Deutsch Als Fremdsprache from the Goethe Institute.

John Marshall reports to Jonathan T. Marston, Partner. They are on a team with Sharad Nambiar - Managing Director, Jeannette Maniscalco - Managing Director, and Brian Femia - Partner – Tax.
