Maricar Obieta is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in global roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Willis Towers Watson since September 2015, Maricar has focused on establishing a comprehensive learning ecosystem and enhancing leadership capabilities. Previous roles include Global Leader for Talent Management and Organisation Development and Global Head of Learning at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where strategic initiatives in leadership development and organizational effectiveness were implemented. Earlier in Maricar's career at Citigroup, both as Head of Learning and Organisation Development for EMEA and as Training Director for Capital Markets, significant contributions were made to learning strategy and business transformation.
