Dennis Pacifico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Founding Partner and COO of Williston Holding Company since September 2010, focusing on restaurant concept creation and operations. Previously, Dennis held the role of Vice President of Operations at Williston Holding Company and MRI from March 2010 to December 2019, overseeing operational management across multiple restaurant locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager at Kona Grill from 2000 to 2010, Operating Partner and COO at Clear Gulf Seafood from 1997 to 2000, and Operating Partner at Steamed Blues Restaurants from 1993 to 2000. Dennis began a career in the industry as a Corporate Trainer at Brinker International from 1990 to 1995 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Arizona State University between 1990 and 1994.
