Rachael Erickson Ma, Bcba

Rachael Erickson, MA, BCBA, currently serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Willow ABA Services since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rachael was a Clinical Supervisor and Lead Behavior Technician at Kadiant from December 2019 to February 2022. Rachael started in the field as a Registered Behavior Technician and Behavioral Services Coordinator with PASCO from December 2016 to December 2019 and previously worked as a Day Program Counselor at Imagine! from February 2013 to May 2015. Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, obtained between May 2019 and December 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University, completed in May 2011.
