Sarah Sammut

Sarah Sammut has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and operational management. Sarah has held various leadership positions in different companies. Sarah'smost recent role was as the Senior Director of People and Culture (Global) at Willow, where they were responsible for developing and implementing global people and culture strategies. Prior to that, they worked at Disability Services Australia (DSA) as the Executive General Manager, Operational Excellence (Shared Services), where they centralized core operational functions into a shared service team. Sarah also has experience working at YMCA NSW as the Executive Leader - People and Culture and at Quantium as the Executive Manager - Human Resources (contract role). Sarah began their career in various lead P&C and operational management roles at different companies. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

Sarah Sammut has pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Western Sydney. Sarah has also completed a Bachelor of Education from the same university. In addition, they have acquired vocational qualifications and training in Commerce, with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
