Anthony Berkau has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Willows Lodge since January 2014. Anthony has held various titles at the lodge, including General Manager, Lodge Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Restaurant Outlets and Wine, Wine Director, and Barking Frog Manager. Prior to Willows Lodge, Anthony worked as a Sales Representative at Cavatappi from September 2011 to January 2014.
