Derek Brameyer

Derek Brameyer is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience at WillowTree since March 2011, currently serving as Chief Engineering Officer, Partner, and General Manager of the Vancouver office. Under Derek's leadership, the Vancouver office expanded from 6 to over 32 team members within 18 months, focusing on operations, team culture, and community networking. Previous roles include Partner and VP of Engineering, Principal Software Engineer, and VP of Operations, where Derek enhanced team growth and implemented best practices in software development. Prior experience includes a software engineering position at Reframe It and an instructional role at Fairfax Collegiate. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia.
