Sara Piedmonte

Sara Piedmonte, SPHR has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Sara is currently the Head of Human Resources Operations at WillowTree, where they focus on creating an incredible employee experience and leads the Human Resources Operations discipline. Prior to this, Sara held various leadership roles at WillowTree, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Talent Experience. In these positions, they collaborated with team members to create the best workplace environment, extending beyond multiple states. Before joining WillowTree, Sara worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cardno, where they served as a business partner and generalist. Sara also gained experience as an HR specialist at NIITEK, Inc., a leading design and development company in the defense industry.

Sara Piedmonte, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from Auburn University from 2005 to 2009. Sara has additional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute (obtained in March 2017), SHRM Certified Professional from SHRM (obtained in March 2015), Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute (obtained in January 2014), and Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health (obtained in November 2020).
