Audrey Linh Tran

Audrey Linh Tran has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Audrey Linh started their career as an External Relations Assistant at Passerelles numériques in 2013. Audrey Linh then moved on to Paz y Desarrollo, where they worked as a Project Assistant cum Communication Officer, managing office operations, communication campaigns, and maintaining relationships with partners and donors.

In 2016, Audrey joined FPT Software as a Business Analyst and later took on roles as a Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst cum Scrum Master, and Offshore Delivery Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing project status, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

At Techcom Securities, Audrey worked as a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst cum Scrum Master. Here, they set up and developed the Scrum methodology for project development and successfully delivered an Online Investment Platform within a tight timeframe.

Audrey then joined Saigon Securities Inc. as a Project Manager cum Agile Coach. Their role involved setting up Agile project development models and processes for the IT and Business Departments, defining project plans and budgets, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Currently, Audrey is the Head of Vietnam Global Delivery Center at Wilmar International. In this role, they manage the center's operations, builds in-house solutions, and leads IT business partnering initiatives for Wilmar Vietnam.

Audrey Linh Tran holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategic Management from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Northumbria University from 2010 to 2011. Audrey also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Sunderland, which they earned from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Scrum: The Basics and Business Analysis for Project Managers from LinkedIn, as well as Project Management Fundamentals from the Project Management Institute. In 2016, Audrey became an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) through their training with ICAgile.
