Siobhan Smith has over two decades of experience in the field of customer excellence and data analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Excellence at HSJ Information since December 2004, Siobhan has also held roles including Commercial Effectiveness Manager, CRM Operations Manager, and Senior Data Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Channel Manager and Customer Relationship Management Specialist at ProspectSoft from January 2001 to November 2005, and as a Test Analyst at Microsoft from January 1998 to December 2000. Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Systems from Bournemouth University.
