Jennifer Warren

Jennifer Warren currently serves as the Head of Wilmington Trust & Equipment Finance Group and the Senior Executive Vice President overseeing Institutional Services and Equipment Finance at Wilmington Trust since January 2022. Warren has an extensive background in finance and law, previously holding significant roles such as Corporate Director at Granite Real Estate Investment Trust, Entrepreneur Mentor at FinTech Innovation Lab, and CEO of Issuer Services for North America at Computershare. Warren's leadership experience includes serving as Managing Director and Head of the US Region at CIBC, along with notable positions on the boards of CIBC Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management and CIBC Mellon. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, and ongoing studies in the Fintech Innovation Programme at the University of Oxford.
