Brian Phillips has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. Brian started their career at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where they were the Director of Restaurant & Bar Operations. Brian then went on to Hilton, where they were the GM of F&B Operations. After Hilton, Brian became the General Manager & Wine Director of The Driskill Hotel. In 2010, they became the Director of Operations Wine Director at Haddingtons Restaurant & Mulberry Bistro. Brian then spent two years as the Food & Beverage Director at InterContinental Hotels Group. In 2013, they joined Darden as the Director Wine & Beverage Strategy - Enterprise Corporate, where they stayed for seven years. Brian is currently the Director of National Accounts - Central U.S. at Wilson Daniels.
Brian Phillips has a BS/BA in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and is certified as an Advanced Sommelier by The Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Food & Beverage Executive by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and Certified Wine Educator by the Society of Wine Educators.
Brian Phillips reports to Shannon Coursey, SVP, National Sales Manager. They work with Chris Pederson - Director of National Accounts - Western U.S., Heather Dawley-Alfaro - National Accounts Sales Associate, and Andrew Deitz - VP, Northeast Division.
