Michael Quinlivan

Michael Quinlivan is the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary at Wilson Group since January 2005. Michael has received recognition for their work, including being named in the AFR Boss Most Innovative Companies list for Wilson Parking. Prior to their role at Wilson Group, Michael worked as a Director in Transaction Services at PwC from 1994 to 2004, where Michael covered mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and assurance work across various industries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from The University of Western Australia, as well as various other qualifications in finance, accounting, corporate governance, and company secretary practice.
