Amy Dean

Amy Dean currently serves as the Head of Community Relations and Communications at Wilson James, a position focused on enhancing brand reputation through authentic messaging and community engagement. With a rich background in Learning and Development, Amy has held various roles, including Senior L&D Business Partner and Learning and Development Business Partner, achieving significant milestones such as the design of a leadership capability framework and the successful management of the WJ Leadership Academy. Prior experience at BG Group included roles as Learning and Development Senior Partner, Organisation Performance Lead, and Service Excellence Lead, where achievements included the implementation of a global learning program and significant cost savings through performance enhancement initiatives. Amy holds a BA (Hons) in Acting from Arts Educational Schools London and multiple certifications in coaching and workplace resilience.
