Akhilesh Swaminathan

Akhilesh Swaminathan's work experience begins in 2021 at Michigan State University, where they worked as a Resident Assistant, Undergraduate Research Assistant, and Dynamics Mentor. In these roles, they assisted students with concerns, conducted laser print and cutting tasks, and supported the professor in generating course material.

In 2022, Akhilesh joined Wilsonart as a Project Engineer. In this role, they utilized AutoCAD and Inventor PRO for layout work and 3-D design, made financial decisions for capital requests, and assigned tasks to mentor the project team. Akhilesh then transitioned to the role of Process Engineer in 2023, where they evaluated existing processes and developed improvement plans utilizing tools such as Process Mapping, PSP, and FMEA. Additionally, they managed approved projects, analyzed and planned work flow, and established standards for manufacturing processes.

Akhilesh Swaminathan pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University during the period of 2018 to 2022.
