Hal Kidd

Hal Kidd started their work experience in 1976 at T.L. Kidd Co., Inc., where they served as the General Manager and Vice President for 29 years. Hal managed and controlled their family-owned engine parts distribution business and a successful sales agency. In 2005, Kidd joined Web-Don, Inc. as the Installation Manager, responsible for growing the newly-formed "Furnish and Install Department" that provided laminate countertop installations to Lowe's and Home Depot stores. Hal also managed a team of subcontracting and company installers. In 2010, Kidd was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager at Web-Don, where they had various responsibilities, including sales and spec force management, vendor relations, sales team support, trade show attendance, data analysis, website management, and overseeing the sample inventory. Since 2017, Kidd has been working as a Sales Manager for Countertops at Wilsonart, where they are involved in training and sales of laminate and other products purchased by home centers.

Hal Kidd attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1972 to 1976. Hal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration during this time.
