Mark Kieckhafer

Mark Kieckhafer began their work experience with Wilsonart Flooring in 2008 as a National Sales Manager. In this role, they managed sales efforts on a national level.

In December 2010, they transitioned to Wilsonart where they served as the Sales Manager for the Specifications Segment. Mark provided leadership and direction to both Wilsonart's Specifications Sales Team and a group of Independent Distributor Spec Reps.

In March 2017, Mark became the Director of Sales Effectiveness, responsible for training the entire Sales Team on Wilsonart's products, services, and sales strategies. Mark also collaborated with other departments to ensure the Sales Team had the necessary resources for success.

Mark's most recent position, starting in August 2020, is Director of Residential Sales. In this role, they lead a team focused on meeting the surfacing needs of Kitchen & Bath Dealers, Builders, and Remodelers. Wilsonart offers a range of Engineered Surfaces, and Mark's team ensures customers are provided with the right surface for their specific applications.

Mark Kieckhafer attended St. Norbert College from 1985 to 1989, where they studied International Business. In 1988, they also had the opportunity to briefly study at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, also focusing on International Business. No specific degree was mentioned for either institution.
