Lisa Stewart is an accomplished Continuous Improvement Manager and Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in various roles, demonstrating a strong focus on operational efficiency and process optimization. At Wilson Electronics since February 2006, Lisa achieved over 99% inventory accuracy, designed an ECR System that significantly reduced BOM error rates, and created automated scheduling reports to streamline production. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Ad-HaTTers, where shipping lead-times were drastically reduced, and Engineer at Wyman Gordon, where significant reductions in waste and rework were accomplished.
