Becky Jenkins McIpd

Becky Jenkins MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Becky currently holds the position of Director, Employee Experience and Talent Development at WilsonHCG since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager, People & Culture, EMEA & APAC at WilsonHCG from October 2021 to September 2023. Before joining WilsonHCG, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from July 2019 to September 2021.

Prior to their time at WilsonHCG, Becky worked as an HR Business Partner at Studio Retail Limited from September 2018 to June 2019. Becky also served as an HR Business Partner at Mitie from November 2017 to August 2018. Before that, they held HR roles at Gather & Gather, first as an HR Business Partner from May 2017 to November 2017, and then as a Regional HR Manager from February 2015 to May 2017.

Becky's earlier work experience includes positions at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an HR Manager, Workforce E&D Lead and HR Consultant from September 2013 to February 2015, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an Employee Relations Manager from December 2012 to August 2013, NHS Leadership Academy as an HR Graduate Management Trainee from September 2011 to August 2013, EY as a Flexi-Placement from September 2012 to December 2012, and Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber Foundation Trust as a Senior HR Advisor from September 2011 to August 2012.

Becky Jenkins MCIPD completed their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, and Economics at The University of Sheffield from 2007 to 2010. Becky then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Leeds Beckett University from 2011 to 2013. In 2011 and 2012, they obtained Postgraduate Certificates in Leadership and Service Improvement from both Alliance Manchester Business School and The University of Birmingham. In 2015 and 2016, they received an Advanced Award at Level 7 in Employment Law from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT.
