Paul Dodd

Paul Dodd has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and talent management industry. Paul is currently the Head of Canadian Engagement at WilsonHCG, where they provide recruitment process outsourcing, talent consulting, and executive search solutions to clients. Prior to that, Paul was the Founder & CEO of Head2Head, a recruitment and talent management company based in Toronto. Paul has also held the role of VP Sales at Thinkpath and Manager at Lorien. Paul started their career as a Credit Analyst at DEC.

Paul Dodd attended Wilsons Grammer School from 1974 to 1981 where they obtained their A Levels in Math, Geography, and Social Sciences. From 1985 to 1987, they studied at the Polytechnic of Central London but did not graduate with a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
