Xiang Zhou has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In their most recent role as a Senior Project Manager at Wilspec Technologies, Inc., they built and managed a team of 10 people, developed new products, and controlled the implementation of R&D technology. Prior to that, at Aggreko Shanghai Energy Equipment Rental Co., Ltd, they served as a Project Operation Manager, where they led a team of engineers and managed the operation and maintenance of equipment leasing projects. Xiang also worked as an IT Cooling Servers Supervisor at Rittal Electro-Mechanical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, where they established equipment management processes and provided technical support. As a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Ingersoll Rand Engineering & Technology Center - Asia Pacific, they developed refrigeration components and managed new product design projects. Xiang Zhou obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration & Air-Cond. system from Shanghai Ocean University in the years 1998 to 2002. Afterward, Xiang Zhou pursued further education at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, graduating with a Master of Engineering degree in Project Management from 2007 to 2011.
