Zarina has been with Wilton & Bain since 2010 and is a Partner within the firm’s global Professional & Technology Services practice. She has built a wealth of experience in talent and leadership advisory across the management, strategy and technology consulting world; the technology services, systems integration and enterprise cloud software market; the Big 4 environment of risk, finance and advisory, as well as the HR, People & Change sector. She has been responsible for the successful delivery of numerous international searches, typically at Managing Partner/Partner and EVP/SVP/VP levels across multiple industry verticals and horizontal competencies.

In addition to her Executive Search work, Zarina also focuses on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for clients across the Professional & Technology Services market, and is passionate about helping to build a world where future potential leaders of all backgrounds can thrive.

Zarina is a graduate of University College London in Modern Languages; she speaks French, Spanish and Italian.
