Ana Elisa Figueroa has been with Wilton Brands since April 2004, holding key positions in Educational Marketing for Latin America and as the Class Marketing Manager for Mexico. Figueroa successfully increased sales by 80% within the independent channel through classes and incentive programs, making Mexico the top global market for student and sales growth for a decade. As a Certified Lead Trainer, Figueroa has positioned the brand by conducting over 20 seminars and training more than 250 candidates from regions including Mexico, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Figueroa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México and completed high school at Colegio Oxford.
