Rose Rafailova, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rose is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President - Investment Accounting and Reporting at Wilton Re since December 2020. Previously, they held the position of Financial Reporting Manager at Guardian Life from January 2018 to November 2020, where they managed accounting, reporting, and compliance functions for various business segments. Before that, they worked at EmblemHealth as an Investment Accounting Lead to Accounting Manager from 2015 to 2018, responsible for coordinating investment accounting and reporting functions. Rose also had experience working at New York Life Insurance Company, first as an Investment Accountant in the Corporate Controller's Office and later as an Associate in FP&A and Treasury. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Accountant in IT Finance and at ACCESS Nursing Services as an HR Staffing Coordinator. Rose started their career at British American Tobacco Uzbekistan as a Senior Accountant.

Rose Rafailova, CPA, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Rose pursued an independent study in Forensic Accounting/Fraud Examination at Louisiana State University and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in History at Baruch College. Additionally, Rose earned a University Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the Polytechnic Institute in Fergana, Uzbekistan.

Rose Rafailova obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the New York State Education Department in July 2014. Rose also holds the designation of Fellow, Life Management Institute from LOMA, which they achieved in October 2010.
