Steven Lash

Steven Lash has extensive experience in the insurance and finance industry. Steven started their career as an Actuarial Associate at New York Life Insurance Company in 1987 and later became Vice President of Insurance Corporate Finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In 1996, they joined EY as a Principal, specializing in Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services. Lash returned to New York Life Insurance Company in 2007 and held various senior roles, including Senior Vice President and CFO of the Insurance & Agency Group. Steven was responsible for financial management of the company's Life Insurance business, overseeing $11 billion in annual premium and $100 billion in assets. Lash joined Wilton Re in 2015 as Vice President and Deputy CFO before being promoted to Senior Vice President and CFO of Wilton Re US in 2016. As of March 2021, they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President and CFO of Wilton Re Group.
