Laura Coyne is a seasoned design strategist and manager currently serving as the Service Design Lead at Capital One since September 2022. In addition to this role, Coyne is a Chapter Co-Lead for WIN: Women in Innovation, where efforts focus on creating pathways for women in the innovation field. Previous professional experiences include serving as a Board Member and Secretary for PhillyCHI, clarifying connections within the local UX community, and as Design Strategy Lead at Alfred, where endeavors focused on future living solutions. Coyne's foundational experience includes significant roles at Gensler as an Associate and Design Strategist, alongside various internships that strengthened architectural design and teaching skills. Educationally, Coyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University and completed an Executive Program in Social Innovation Design at the University of Pennsylvania.
