Tara Stevens

Tara Stevens is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in innovation and community building. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of Warrior Group, Tara focuses on promoting diversity of thought to create inclusive cultures and drive societal change. In addition, Tara leads the global community strategy for WIN: Women in Innovation, aiming to close the gender gap in innovation by empowering women in leadership roles. As a Venture Scout for OpenScout and an investor for Ellevest, Tara supports female founders and champions financial empowerment for women. Previously, at Just Group plc, Tara held multiple leadership roles focusing on growth and innovation, including Chair of the Gender Equality Network. Tara's foundational career includes positions at ?What If! Innovation Partners, Fahrenheit 212, Red Bull, and Partners and Napier, complemented by a BFA in Communications Design from Syracuse University.
