Wen-Yu Tsai

Wen-Yu (Winnie) Tsai is an experienced professional currently serving as an ESG Administrator at Winbond since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tsai was a Sustainability Intern at Lhoist from May 2023 to April 2024, where significant achievements included leading the First Product Carbon Footprint Project and enhancing EcoVadis Supply Chain Performance. Tsai also developed a Plant-Wide Sustainability Standard for 49 North American plants. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at the National Kaohsiung Normal University Reading Center, conducting extensive research and supporting project updates, and serving as a Brand Ambassador for EF Education First, where successful campus promotion campaigns were executed. Tsai holds a Master’s degree in Management Science with a Sustainability Track from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from National Kaohsiung Normal University.
